People, Processes & Products

Utilising transferable skills & concepts to pull things together instead of pulling things apart.

Your team may all speak English, but they don’t always speak the same language.

Using systems thinking & translating between disciplines allows us to become the systems cement between your experts.

Arta ensures there is a solid foundation for success with a process built on clear communication, tailored systems & connecting you to the people you need, so you can build the future you want to live in.

Providing the short-term systematic support individuals & small teams actually need since 2024.

Why?

Arta founded The Changely to support artisans & small manufacturers with a focus on teaching the tools, so makers feel comfortable conquering what’s next.

“Arta helped us explore alternative production techniques for our current solution, generating a range of innovative concepts and prototype ideas. This helped us explore new processes faster and at a fraction of the cost of a traditional design studio.”

Who?

Arta Pacuku, founder of The Changely

Arta Pacuku MEng

Founder & Change Specialist

The first career plan was architecture, a route between physics and art. Engineering won, as the most elegant solutions imbue creativity, and those skills have been at work ever since.

It all started with STEM tutoring: a first job that has become 15 years of helping people fundamentally understand how things work. My work since then has included working with great teams to design modular mechanisms behind a whole species of Star Wars creatures, lead a global measurement standard for an automotive innovation centre & supervise final testing of ventilators during the pandemic.

The Changely was founded with a clear why: keeping businesses like prop houses, where so many of those practical skills were developed, alive amidst the changing digital landscape. People still want quality items and physical effects, because we are tactile beings.

And along the way, space has been made to incorporate creativity, such as the RAK Ceramics reuse project, sculpting edible effects and a black belt in Jeet Kune Do, now instructing part-time at Camden Martial Arts.

There is no perfect solution, but there is an ideal skill set.
